Welcome to Booth Law

Booth Law was set up by David Booth in 1996.

David obtained a law degree from Victoria University in 1983, before travelling overseas for three years on his “O E”. 

Upon his return he worked at first Atkinson Dale and then at Luckie Hain where he worked in a broad range of legal areas including Property Law, Family Law, and Litigation.

From his years at these firms, he gained the skills and experience to set up his own practice.

David is a current member of the Wellington District Law Society and a former Associate of the Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand. 

David is a full member of the Property Law Section of the NZ Law Society.
